In this senior role, you will own core products in ZeroFox’s best-in-class portfolio of digital risk protection and external attack surface management solutions as we continue to scale and grow as the clear leader in External Cybersecurity. Working closely with stellar teams across Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Intelligence Analysts, Marketing, Customer, and Sales, this person will ensure product-market fit and drive go-to-market efforts and sales enablement are successful.
The ideal candidate will have a results-oriented track record as a persuasive presenter and content creator, a savvy business strategist, a resourceful information seeker, an excellent collaborator with poise under pressure. ZeroFox is on an amazing trajectory in an evolving sector, so the ability to quickly grasp technical details, be adaptive, and move quickly in a fast-moving environment is key.
Role and responsibilitiesBuyer and Market intelligence: be the subject matter expert (SME) on your product(s), buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria; be the SME on competition and how to win in the marketplace; be the SME on relevant technology trends through continuous market analysisPartner closely with product to define product requirements and stay connected with their development processWork with the ZeroFox Marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market strategies and marketing programs that drive demand for ZeroFox solutions Develop compelling product positioning, proof-points and messaging that credibly differentiates ZeroFox products in the marketDefine customer segments and sales motions and support the sales team with tools and messaging to aid their selling processLeverage strong content creation background to project manage and/or develop content, including web-pages, messaging, blogs, thought-leadership, data-sheets, white papers, videos, and other content
Required qualifications and skillsExperience working in Product Marketing or a similar role, typically obtained in 4+ years. B2B technology experience is required, and security industry or B2B SaaS experience is a plusBachelor's degree in marketing, business, a technical field, or equivalent practical experienceTrack record of developing impactful, well-written content such as: sales collateral and tools, pitch decks, ebooks, videos, blogs, web pages, messaging, etcAbility to train and excite the sales team in support of new sales motions and the ZeroFox selling processProven analytical skills to decipher technical concepts and data, earn trust and influence product teams, and translate features and jargon into effective and valuable content (collaterals, presentations, papers, etc.)Strong communicator who can drive cross-functional collaboration and initiativesComfort working in a highly dynamic and demanding environment - you thrive on doing good work under pressure and in your ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work to accommodate shifting deadlines and prioritiesHustle and drive to organize problem-solve, multi-task, and work proactively to get things done - you bring the results and your stakeholders along with youInterpersonal skills that demonstrate leadership and motivate and work well with cross-functional teams Creative marketing and communication skills - ability to think 'outside the box' to innovate new approaches and marketing offers; direct experience working in tandem with demand generation, corporate communications and customer marketing teams is a plusEntrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and a default to execution to help reach goals Experience managing through ambiguity to shape, elevate and move planning forward and ideate on KPIs for individual and organizational measurement.
