Customer Marketing Manager - Cross-sell
About the job:
Your primary responsibility will be to build and execute effective campaigns and programs to promote cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenue from existing customers. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, product marketing, management, and customer success, to identify customer needs and drive incremental sales through targeted cross-selling initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing customer data, designing compelling marketing content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

- Customer Insights: The ability to analyze customer data and drive actionable insights is vital. We are looking for candidates who can leverage customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and other data-driven techniques to identify cross-selling opportunities and tailor/personalize marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Campaign execution: Execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote cross-selling opportunities to high intent and verticals. Develop compelling marketing messages, content, and offers that resonate with target customers. Leverage various marketing channels, such as email, social media, website, and direct mail, to reach customers effectively.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize customer data and analytics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for cross-selling. Analyze campaign performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales data to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns for improved results.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and align cross-selling efforts with sales objectives.
- Continuous Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for optimization. Conduct A/B tests, implement data-driven improvements, and iterate on cross-selling strategies to drive better results.
What you bring:
- Successful experience with account-based marketing- Deep expertise leveraging a modern martech stack including Salesforce, 6sense, advocacy platforms, Totango, Marketo, Drift, and content strategy for Website personalization
- Strong analytics experience focused on developing results-driven demand-generation campaigns that are aligned with the customer journey and next best use case
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in the lifecycle or customer marketing or related marketing field in technology, preferably
- Deep experience and positive track record for generating pipeline within a customer base.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $105,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
