The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Work with your own set of strategic partnerships;

Recruit new partners and research, identify new partnership verticals, target partners that are already in the industry and partners that are new to the space;

Optimize existing partner performance;

Analyze and identify under-performing areas, and work with the wider marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, and other experts) to support the partner;

Periodically monitor performance reports and identify issues and opportunities;

Research new innovative ways & channels to promote our brands and products;

Work by hands-on approach, recognize areas of opportunity and growth, test, analyze, and scale new ideas/approaches.

Core Requirements

2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing;

Working knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing;

Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data;

Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail;

Solid negotiation skills aimed at tangible results;

Ability to work autonomously as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilities;

Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and innovations.

Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools, and different web and data analytic tools would be a bonus.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 1320 - 2480 EUR/Month.
