Wiz is looking for a marketing insights wizard to bring their magic and help us scale the growing Marketing Strategy & Operations team. In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance at every stage of the funnel and across every channel. You will work cross functionally with marketing, business development, sales and business intelligence teams to drive operational cadences and develop the right sets of KPIs and data to drive alignment and growth investment. Partnering with marketing technology owners, you will ensure that our systems are structured in such a way as to generate the data needed to drive performance and attainment goals across the team. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations and will play a critical role in advising the marketing leadership team on all areas of marketing performance management. 



We are focused on candidates located in Denver. 



  • Develop and maintain a standardized set of KPIs for pipeline driving marketing functions 

  • Own operational cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) with marketing leadership and key business partners across the business to ensure focus on KPI attainment

  • Own the annual and quarterly target setting process in partnership with finance, revenue operations and business intelligence 

  • Drive accountability throughout the marketing team by setting targets that drive growth across all stages of the funnel, channels and ROI

  • Support and advise our pipeline driving marketing functions on channel performance and investment strategies

  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure that data is collected and generated in the right ways to achieve the visibility needed to drive discussion

  • Partner with business intelligence to drive strategy on how data is stored and coalesced into data sets that will deliver depth of insight and drive decision making

  • Own key account intelligence analysis and modeling to help marketing and sales focus on the right accounts that will deliver the highest value 



  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics or relevant role 

  • Bachelor's degree required with preference to business, marketing or data science; or non-related degree with relevant job experience 

  • Deep understanding and experience with key marketing technology and the data they generate (Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, Google Analytics and others)

  • Hands on Tableau experience is a must with ability to run analyses on raw data as well

  • Ability to communicate and explain concepts clearly across all levels of the organization required, from C-Suite to individual contributor
