The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns - from email template to deployment;
  • Ensure email deliverability and carry out good inbox testing practices;
  • Collaborate with copy and design teams on the creative execution of ad hock campaigns and user lifecycle emails;
  • Analyze email metrics to improve conversion and suggest future strategies and improvements;
  • Manage and execute the A/B testing process with a focus on growth;
  • Monitoring and reporting of each campaign;
  • Contribute to the success of the Marketing team by assisting in other duties defined by management;
  • Main focus and delivery to the NordPass B2C product as well as being aware and in the loop of NordPass B2B and NordLocker products in case of supporting team members when they are on holiday or sick.

    • Core Requirements
  • Previous experience in email marketing or another digital marketing field;
  • Confidence in using tools for analytics and results tracking;
  • Basic understanding of HTML; 
  • Willingness to get to know our customer’s behavior;
  • Analytical ability with a proven track record of data-driven success; 
  • Can-do attitude and excitement about the digital world.

    • Bonus Points for
  • Experience in SAAS business or lifecycle flows;
  • Experience with Iterable or similar Email Marketing tools;
  • Previous experience with customer retention or loyalty activities.
