Main ResponsibilitiesManage projects through the entire lifecycle, and own all aspects of the process: research, planning, driving creative development, production, delivery, and post-implementation review;Define project scope, including timeline, resources, labor hours, and external costs;Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), and communicate action steps to the broader team;Manage, organize, and distribute all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives;Communicate project statuses at recurring cadences, identifying and troubleshooting issues/roadblocks;Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Client Services & Data teams to proactively plan initiatives ensuring strategic alignment with business goals;Liaise with internal creative and communications departments, as well as external vendors and freelancers Ensure deliverables and deadlines are communicated to all internal and external parties;Ensure the highest standards are achieved and all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets;Work closely with Go-To-Market teams to understand business metrics and apply learnings to future projects to improve performance;Monitor workflow efficiency and initiate process improvements to ensure the team is working efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Main Requirements3+ years experience in SaaS or similar industry;3+ years experience in project management of work across digital media, website design; marketing tools;A genuine interest in bringing initiatives to life;Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously;An exquisite ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders;High attention to detail, including precise and effective written/verbal communication;Capability of data analysis and results interpretationBe comfortable in a fast-paced environment;Self-driver and creative problem solver;Experience with project management applications and tools;Experience working with large-scale multidisciplinary marketing projects would be a bonus.
SalaryGross Salary 2810 - 4300 EUR/Month.
