Product Marketing Co-op
Location: Boston, MA (in-office)
*This role is for students who are currently enrolled at one of our co-op partner universities (Northeastern University and University of Massachusetts Boston)*
Our Product Marketing team at Snyk is responsible for launching Snyk’s new products, deciding the product’s positioning and messaging, and ensuring salespeople and customers understand it.
As a Product Marketing Co-op, you’ll work closely with our Product Marketing and Customer Advocacy teams to learn the ins, outs, and benefits of a competitive intelligence program, and how customer success stories impact a global company’s marketing strategy.
You’ll spend your time:
- reaching out to satisfied customers about partnering with Snyk on case studies, blogs, speaking opportunities, and reference calls
- building a pipeline of customer advocates and keeping advocate database up to date
- maintaining our customer content inventory in Seismic, including quotes, case studies, and social tiles, to make content easier to find for Sales
- learning how to use Salesforce, Slack, Seismic, and ReferenceEdge
- collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to help identify trends & actionable insights for our customer Win-Loss program
- gathering competitive insights on relevant vendors in the application & cloud security industries
- reading analyst market reports & identifying relevant insights for our Market Intelligence team
